“Hello, its $client at Aberdeen here. I’ve got a problem. Its raining.”
“Not a lot I can do about that I’m afraid.”
“No but we’re flooded.”
“Again, not a…”
“You built this though.”
“True but I didn’t create the organic matter that is blocking the main drain at the moment, did I?”
“No.”
“Call Dyno-rod.”
It’s the U.K. where the customer is king!
